I hope you can get as pumped as I am for my upcoming workshop on the Anatomy of Touch. It has all the elements that I am passionate about and I am excited to be sharing it with you.
In this workshop, we will create a ceremonial space to support becoming more skillful in the way we touch, the way we move and the way we connect to our senses and to others.
The combination of Forrest Yoga, the Power of Touch and the Power of Inspiration will be essential parts of the workshop. Each element will help us explore how we feel about physical contact with others and become more effective in Touching With Intention.
Cindee Rifkin has spent the last ten years working closely with individuals and couples to help them develop a more meaningful physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual connection. She believes that by quieting our mind, strengthening our body and using ceremonies and spiritual remedies, we can heal our emotional and physical pain, gain the power to create a better life and be our wisest self. She carefully integrates yoga, breathing, prayer, touch and ceremony as she works to help us find our sources of strength, fulfill our potential and discover the wonder of our spirit. Both Cindee’s extensive training in Forrest Yoga and her own experiences with recovery inform her thinking and her practices.
Be a part of The Anatomy of Touch Workshop and experience how the power of inspiration and the power of touch can make a difference for you.
This workshop is open to all levels and is a hands on learning experience.
