Whether you are new to yoga or want to gain more knowledge, private yoga sessions are a great option to receive a clear foundation, fine-tuning or deepening of your present practice. Private sessions are intended to specifically address your needs and to help heal any emotional or physical injuries.
Sessions can include any or all:
– Asana (Physical practice)
– Pranayama (Breathing techniques)
– Mindfulness Meditation
– Learn a daily practice for self-care
– Specific stress relief practices
I have experience working with students that suffer from stress, addiction, body issues, anxiety, insomnia, herniated disks, shoulder and knee injuries. My private yoga sessions are available by appointment at an outside studio, my home or at your home or office.
Semi-private or small group sessions are also available.
All appointments require at least 24 hours notice to cancel; otherwise the time will count as a session used.
